​Be sure to come to taste the culinary delights that our own chef, Louise Neilsen is preparing.  Louise recently moved to Canyon Lake from Annapolis, Maryland.  She was trained in the culinary field at the Culinary Institute of Americas in Hyde Park, NY.  She is a Certified Pastry Chef with the American Culinary Federation, A Certified Hospitality Educator and a member of Les Dames d’Escoffier.  She spent nine years as Chef Instructor at a Maryland Community College where she taught baking and pastry credit and personal enrichment classes.  Prior to that, she spent many years in Washington, DC restaurants as a Pastry chef.  Please be sure to sign up to attend this great class and bring a friend to enjoy it was well!  Cost is $45 PP and seating is limited as this is a private party.  Recipes will be provided for your pleasure!
